Coffee plantation ERP software
Connect coffee estate work, harvest records and costs.
Give estate managers and the finance team a shared view of work, resource use and results. Symphony provides a plantation ERP foundation; coffee-specific recording and processing requirements are confirmed during scoping.

Can harvested quantities be traced to their recording date and area?
What labour and material costs sit behind each activity?
Build the workflow around your operation.
Plan and review work by block
Start with your estate, division and block structure, then define activity codes for the work your team actually performs. Use the plantation work-record workflow to discuss plans, labour, completed work and material consumption. Agree how a supervisor checks a record and returns it for correction.
Define what your harvest figures mean
For a coffee deployment, bring examples of the forms used to record harvested quantities, collection points and deliveries. Specify the stage of the product, its unit and the point at which it is weighed. Keep different product stages separate in the requirements: a field harvest quantity should not be presented as a finished-product quantity without an agreed conversion and reconciliation process.
See the resources behind estate costs
Review purchasing, inventory issues, workforce administration and financial records together. Match cost centres and activity codes to the way management reviews the estate. Discuss how actual costs are compared with budget, and distinguish unrecorded costs or unfinished work from a genuine saving.
Put field information in its location
Use the GIS discussion to define which block boundaries, activity coverage and inspection findings your managers need. Confirm the available map data and the relationship between field records and each location. A map should help the team locate an exception and assign a follow-up action.
Agree the coffee-specific scope before rollout
Bring your requirements for product stages, quality classifications, processing, lot references and stock conversion. We will confirm which needs fit the current configuration and which require modification or integration. This page does not claim that a dedicated coffee-processing workflow is already implemented.
One conversation, connected teams.
Screens on the product pages demonstrate the current application. Confirm commodity-specific adaptations and integrations during your demo.
Questions before you start
Can I see a coffee-specific application demo?
We can demonstrate the existing ERP and plantation workflows and review your coffee requirements. Dedicated coffee screens and processing flows should be confirmed as part of the demonstration scope.
Does mobile recording work without a connection?
Some supported mobile workflows can store records locally and synchronise later. Confirm the exact workflow, review process and connectivity test for your deployment.
Can I use the current mill module for coffee processing?
Do not assume that a palm oil mill workflow maps directly to coffee processing. Product stages, stock movements, processing records and integrations need their own scope review.
